the end?

In regards to the thesis being done…

.. apparently for many of my friends it is a surreal, empty feeling. I don’t really understand it.

Maaaaybe I’m not the philosophical type, or maybe I’m not experiencing it in the same way; I just feel relieved that I can concentrate on working and creating my own work for awhile.

Certainly I’m emotionally involved– I’ve freaked out, dreamt about it, spent hours thinking about the characters, et cetera, hahahaha — but I feel like it’s not something I’ve structured my life around, because it’s not the first long project I’ve done, or even the first one this *year* that’s been completed. (See: Puckett.)

Also, to me, Descent isn’t done. I want to expand it and flesh out the characters a bit better, and maybe start actually producing a game if Outreskirr finishes this first project soon.

Hmmmmmm.

So it’s a beginning, not an end.
